A cup of black tea..please?







Those who enjoy sipping a traditional cup of black tea could be cutting their risk of type 2 diabetes, say researchers. The study, published in the British Medical Journal, found that high black tea consumption was related to lower levels of blood sugar. Black tea contains a substance that mimics type 2 diabetes drugs Precose and Glyset and thus the effect.
